Architectural Stone Products has made a substantial investment in, and commitment to, its line of Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete products, GFRC. Our production equipment (sprayers, pumps, mixers, etc.), are the latest design on the market. Our mold shop produces molds that yield high detail and uniformity in each of our castings, an absolute necessity for a quality appearance in the final product.

In our GFRC product line, every casting is manufactured in compliance with PCI’s (Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute) engineer’s specifications, as set out in the “Recommended Practice for Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete Panels”, publications MNL-128-01, ESBN 0-937040-47-67-3, and MNL-130-91, ISBS 0-937040-46-0. Both of these manuals deal with the production standards and quality control for GFRC parts production.

The raw materials we use in production meet or exceed all the requirements set out in the above referenced manuals by PCI. An experienced supervisor constantly monitors the entire process from mold construction to product shipping to insure that we supply the finest GFRC product available.

Architectural Stone Products offers and produces GFRC in both cast and sprayed products. The sprayed GFRC has a polymer fortified in the mix design, however the cast GFRC may or may not depending on the final desired finish. Both are strong products that provide an excellent service life and quality in detail.
