Although we can cast in any specified mix design, generally we cast our terra cotta replications in a polymer fortified, glass reinforced mix design that gives it superior longevity and strength. We can produce any shape or size reproduction, and any quantity.
Our coating system handle finishes from 1 color to 10 colors or more on each piece, and has a durability that can rival the finish used on the original pieces. Not only does our color system give the best possible match, but our castings have a surface texture that matches the original piece, from a raised glaze to a raked line finish. Our terra cotta replication pieces match so well that, when installed it is difficult to distinguish them from the original pieces. In fact, when repair quality is an issue, most contractors have found that it is simpler and more economical to replace broken pieces than repair them.
